Common Conditions & Injuries
Auto Accidents:  Injuries from auto accidents are some of the most common we see in our office and because symptoms of auto accident injuries can take weeks or months to manifest, they can also be the most damaging.  Whiplash and other injuries can be severe and early detection and treatment greatly helps to reduce scar tissue and long term damage.

Work-Related Injuries:   Work-related injuries can occur from a specific event, such as lifting a heavy object, or from continued or repetitive use of specific joints and muscles over time.  Most often, treatment of these conditions is covered by worker’s compensation insurances.

Sports/Exercise Injuries:  Regular exercise is one of the most beneficial things you can do to foster lifelong total-body health, however, there is risk of injury.  Sprains, strains and pulled-muscles are some of the most common sports and exercise-related injuries that can benefit from chiropractic treatment.

Pregnancy:  As one of the most incredible times in a woman’s life, pregnancy can also be one of the most uncomfortable!  Regular treatment can significantly benefit both mom and baby by increasing flexibility, improving sleeping patterns and even promoting a more comfortable delivery.

Delayed Symptom Injuries:  Sometimes an injury can takes months, or even years, to develop into soreness and discomfort.  For example, a football injury sustained in high school might not cause obvious pain until well into adult life.  Because of the build-up of scar tissue and continued over-use, these conditions are difficult to remedy but with on-going treatment pain can be successfully managed.

Chronic Conditions:  Often times chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia, headaches, carpal tunnel, etc., will be treated with medication alone.  Fortunately, chiropractic care can greatly improve and sometimes completely alleviate symptoms naturally and effectively.

Other Neck/Back Injuries:  Injuries can also happen in our everyday life, such as slipping on ice or sleeping in an awkward position.  Irritation of the muscles and joints can be greatly reduced or completely alleviated with chiropractic care.
